Our Community Transport Services aims to provide affordable access for older people to services such as hospital appointments and for social activities. If you do not have a car or are unable to access public transport then Elder Voice is the one stop Community Transport Service provider for all your needs
Our Patient Transport service is for people to help them get to hospital medical appointments and alleviate the stress and worry of lengthy, costly travel Our volunteer drivers will collect clients from their home in their own cars and take them to their respective hospital appointment. The volunteers will provide a friendly comfortable transport, a helping arm and assist client to their appointments. Volunteers will wait and take clients home again Elder Voice is affiliated to NHS Patient Transport |
